INTERNING SO FAR

hello

well, interning so far has been both tiring and fun. tiring in a sense that i have been shuttling up and down singapore looking for fasinating places to eat for free cause of the food review. BUT dont think thats good! i have to gorge myself because i dont belief in wasting food! and after eating burgers e.t.c at about 5 places (thats the amount we review per day), i'm so over-full. and the feeling is so yuck. urghh..and walking around is tiring. not to mention tessa and yen might just throw us some shopping assignment in the middle of it all. which means we must force ourselves and our poor legs to walk around singapore agin, searching for the stuffs. and all on a very, very full stomach. ouch. and did i mention? we work an average of 10 hours a day. for 25bucks. even the people we interview ask us why we take this job. hahah.

now for the good part! hahaha! of course, one of the good things is that i made a new friend in samantha. bitching about the people in sph (esp. mr. boastful) is fun, and good entertainment in an otherwise drab working environment. another thing is that i quite like the new reporter working with us, yen! ok, so he's a little gay. but he's pretty nice, and he assigns work well. he also knows when to play and when to be serious. haha, at last there seems to be lgiht at the end of this tunnel. hopefully, i'll take away some new things (and a better chance of getting into mass com) from this internship. its pretty hard, not being able to play soccer or go out during this holiday time, but like wenjun and MANY other people said, its for the future.

alright, its like 11 now. gotta go compile my work and prepare for bed. i find that my job makes me need quite a lot of sleep. hahaha, till next time then.
