ALL I NEED IS YOU

haha, its been a long time since i blogged a long post. seeing that my maths hmwrk is done (surprise surprise!) and i've got some free time, today's the day! haha.

like my title says, i've found out in recent weeks that God is all i need. not saying that i don't need the other people in my life lah (i'll come to you later), but seriously, when i'm down, out and alone, it's God who comes in to pick me up and suddenly, my day becomes that much better. so a big THANK YOU to my Lord! :D

my life now? good good, haha. its been even better since i got that big burden of trying to hide my feelings off my back. haha, thanks for understanding, you know who you are. :)
and i'm actually liking maths now! haha, well surprise surprise. what else, hmm, my walk with God? haha, never better. i guess like what pastor mike said, it's time for revival. oh yeah! i submitted my DPA form! pray for me that it gets accepted by ngee ann! haha! yup, life's good and i appreciate it for all that it is. ahh...

so now, inspired by joan's post of appreciating the people around her, i also decided to do one. haha! but seriously, there're people i really need to thank for making life all that it is now. so here goes..

GOD.
i thank you for being here for me. here when i'm happy. here when i'm down. and thank you for not giving up on me even when i backslided almost to the point of no return. thanks, and i love you lots.

DAD.
though you've been a little bonkers lately, i trust its you got your reasons. i thank you for those times when you really stood by me and showed me how much you cared. i'ma thankful for you! stay strong in the Lord and cook me more exotic dishes! haha!

MUM.
i know its tough with dad having mood swings and all, but bear with it yeah? God puts us through sharpenings sometimes. it hurts but as i always say, you come out so much better. so be happy yeah? i'll pray for you and hope to spend have more 2am suppers with you!

DIDI.
haha, i dunno what to type about you leh. just to thank you for coming to see me everytime i come home from school, even if i chase you out sometimes. and thanks for being ever-willing to joke with me. i know i havent been playing com games with you lately, but i'm really busy. after o's i'll play my heart out with you alright? stay cute and walk close to God!

JON SOH.
brother! i know i very long havent go to church already, but thanks for still sticking by me. hope you've solved your problem with God already and all the best in your BoB! look forward to more dinner outings and crapping sessions! haha! and don't forget the 5 year plan you came up with! God loves you!

aiyoh gu niang, i really miss talking to you lah. haha, i sound ghey. but seriously lah, we must catch up one day. go back to the days where we would talk about just ANYTHING under the sun and go orchard everyday during the hols. haha! catch up with you after my o's!
