People all have great limits. We can push ourselves to seemingly impossible levels if we set our mind to it.
I wholeheartedly believe in that. But as I see my friends, mostly in their sports or sports, degrade themselves or ignore their health in an effort to motivate themselves to reach the next level in fitness, I worry.
What good is the best figure in the world, if you get muscular disorders or structural defects in old age?
What good is being able to memorise every single fact of a subject, if you realise on Exam Day that you cannot concentrate due to lack of sleep?
Push yourselves, and give your all in anything you do. But don't forget, to love yourselves.
